In the summer of 2017, I found by coincidence a video on YouTube that was advertising volunteer work during summer for students. It made me want to be a part of that group of students. I checked the opportunity to make sure it  matched my requirements. After two weeks, I ended up going to France for my volunteer job. Once I arrived in Paris I had to go to Lille which is another city quite far. I had no service on my phone, though I activated the rooming service before leaving my country! I stressed out a lot because whenever I stopped someone to ask them to indicate my way they wouldn’t really know. Once I found free Wi-Fi WhatsApp and Google Maps both saved my life! This graph describes generational differences in terms of spending. First, a huge decrease occurred in the domain of general and miscellaneous . The Millennials seem to not be really into it with a spending percentage of 17,7%, contrary to the Traditionalists and Baby Boomers for whom this area represents around 22,5% of their spendings. Have you ever wondered how you can stay fit without refraining yourself from eating any food you like?  Today, in this article, I would like to share with you guys my diet philosophy. I strongly believe that life is short and depriving ourselves from the food we like is just insane. First, let me tell you about the food I eat in a daily basis. Since I came from a Mediterranean country, we are eating food that is close to the Mediterranean diet which I will show you here: As you can see from the previous pyramid you can eat almost everything to stay in shape.
