Stay in line while eating whatever you like!

Have you ever wondered how you can stay fit without refraining yourself from eating any food you like? 
Today, in this article, I would like to share with you guys my diet philosophy. I strongly believe that life is short and depriving ourselves from the food we like is just insane.

First, let me tell you about the food I eat in a daily basis. Since I came from a Mediterranean country, we are eating food that is close to the Mediterranean diet which I will show you here:


As you can see from the previous pyramid you can eat almost everything to stay in shape. However the only thing that you should pay attention to is the quantity of the food you are eating! 
SO YES YOU CAN STILL ENJOY A REFRESHING ICE CREAM🍨🀩.

Secondly, I want to share a trick with you that is helping me a lot. I am a pastry and sweets lover but if I eat it when I am hungry I can not stop myself before finishing it πŸ˜‹. The clue I wanna give you is to eat the unhealthy food you like when you are not hungry! Yes, yes. Right after you finish your principal meal πŸ₯˜, go ahead and eat the pastry,ice cream and sweets you like. Believe me you will automatically eat a very small quantity of it compared to if you eat them when you feel a little peckish.

Finally, I would like to share with you some food that are burning calories.
  1. Fatty fish 🐠: like Salmon, sardines, herring. They are full of omega-3 which promotes fat loss and boosts the digestion.
  2. Coffee ☕️: the caffeine is a very active ingredient that is boosting metabolism.
  3. Eggs πŸ₯š: they reduce hunger, increase fullness and boost fat burning πŸ”₯.
  4. Coconut oil πŸ₯₯: it is very rich in MCTs which is promoting the fat loss and reducing heart disease as well.
  5. Green tea 🍡: it contains caffeine, it has the same effect as coffee.
  6. Chili peppers 🌢: it reduces inflammation, help controlling the hunger and boosts the metabolic rate.

Do not deprive yourself of eating the food you like. You are able to eat whatever you like but rationally. You can help yourself burning fat with the food I shared with you. The most important thing is that you stay healthy while fully enjoying your life! XOXO 😘

  2. I definitely agree that moderation is key when it comes to food! I have a hard time controlling my sweet tooth sometimes :)
